Geomar Group is a Cretan family-run building and development company, shaped by a lifelong connection to place, craft and quality. Our journey began far from home, in Australia, where for decades we designed and built homes to progressive standards, refining our approach to construction, detail and long-term value.
Returning to Crete was more than a professional decision — it was a personal one. We came back to apply everything we learned abroad to the island we call home, combining international professionalism with deep respect for local tradition, landscape and architecture. Kalyos Villas was born from this return.
We are intentionally a boutique builder. We develop and build small, carefully considered projects, remaining personally involved at every stage. This allows us to work with integrity, clarity and responsibility — creating homes that reflect both the character of Crete and the standards we brought back with us.
